What is this product?

A water-gel hydrating lotion built on water, glycerin and humectants with silicones for a light finishing layer, plus witch hazel water and centella extract for a soothing angle; a reasonable pick for dehydrated skin that wants a gel texture, but essential oils are present so very reactive skin should patch test.

What makes it different?

The base is humectant-heavy, with glycerin at position 2 and three humectant-type solvents (1,2-hexanediol, diglycerin, pentylene glycol) in the upper half of the list. Witch hazel water sits at position 14 and centella extract at position 22, both in the later half, so their amounts are likely modest. Lavender oil and clary oil in the later half give the formula a natural scent profile that sensitive-skin users may want to know about, and no drying alcohol appears anywhere on the list.
