What is this product?

A 160 tube of scrub cleansing foam from the Korean brand Etude, sold on the brand's own storefront and pitched at removing BB cream and base makeup. The 21 entry list is a potassium soap made from myristic, stearic and palmitic acids with potassium hydroxide, plus cocamidopropyl betaine, three polyethylene glycols, silica, rice bran and sodium bicarbonate printed at 0.1%.
