What is this product?

A 400 ml rinse off cleansing milk from DEWYTREE's Hi Amino cleansing line, sold on the brand's own Korean shop and carrying no functional cosmetic registration. Its 38 printed ingredients run water, macadamia seed oil, dipropylene glycol, glycerin, with four nonionic surfactants at positions 8, 11, 14 and 16, three fatty alcohols, a ceramide at 31, hyaluronic acid at 33 and lavender oil last.
