What is this product?

A 20 ml blue EGF serum in a dropper bottle from a Korean sensitive skin brand, relabelled as EGF Blue Youth Activating Drop while the Korean store keeps the Midnight Blue name. The statutory list is short, 15 entries: water, butylene glycol, two recombinant peptides declared at 10 ppm each as EGF and FGF, a blueberry extract, lecithin, guaiazulene for the blue colour and adenosine last, with no thickener, no emollient oil, no fragrance entry, no essential oil and no exfoliating acid entry. It carries a Korean wrinkle improvement functional designation. The brand cites named tests on provoked redness at three minutes, patch and acne suitability panels, and a 2023 four week firmness test on 23 adults with small gains; acne relief and mark fading copy on its global store has no test behind it.
