AROMATICA Soothing Aloe Vera Gel

Ingredient analysis and how the ad lines read

What is this product?

A nine-ingredient aloe gel, and the short panel is the whole point. 알로에베라잎즙 is the first item with a printed 96 percent, leaving eight ingredients to share the rest: two glycols, a rosemary hydrosol, 소듐카보머 as the only gelling agent, and three botanical extracts. There is no oil, no ester, no emulsifier, no fatty alcohol, no fragrance and no alcohol anywhere in it, so the fungal-acne and comedogenicity screens both come back empty because there is nothing for them to fire on. It is not a functional cosmetic and does not claim to be; Olive Young files it under after-sun rather than under gels. A primary irritation test is named with institution and dates but no subject count.

What makes it different?

The separator is subtractive. Aloe gels of this type are commonly emulsions with a lipid phase, a preservative system and a fragrance; this is a gelled plant juice with eight supporting ingredients, and the two safety heuristics that normally produce a list of things to watch produce nothing at all. That makes it unusually easy to reason about for readers screening on fungal acne, comedogenicity or fragrance sensitivity. The second separator is the size fork and it is a caution rather than a feature: the same formula ships in 180, 300 and 500 ml, the ingredient panel is byte-identical across three independent surfaces covering all three sizes, but the brand's own 300 ml URLs do not currently render a product page, so any 300 ml specific fact should be treated as unconfirmed.

What is in it?

The full ingredient list as the brand publishes it, in the printed order. Each name links to what we know about that ingredient.

This brand publishes its ingredient list in Korean only. Names below are the matching INCI names from the Korean Cosmetic Association ingredient dictionary.

Ingredients with no mark are ones we found nothing notable about, and when marks overlap on one ingredient we show the caution first.

Did the ad claims hold up?

We checked 8 lines this product advertises against the ingredient list and public documents. One of them holds up. The rest are only partly right or have nothing behind them.
