What is this product?
A ceramide ampoule that never names a ceramide: on Coreana's own listing this one lists none, while three of the five products beside it in the same CeramideShot line (a hand sanitizer gel, a barrier sun care and a sheet mask) name one outright. The only concentration it prints is 50,000ppm, and that belongs to 세라풀 콤플렉스, a blend whose contents Coreana keeps to itself, while the patented 악티게닌 it also leans on carries no amount at all, and no ingredient list and no pH is published for either the 30ml or the 100ml size.
What makes it different?
The gap here is in the evidence, not the texture: the line is named for ceramide and this ampoule is its flagship, yet ceramide is exactly what its own entry does not list, and its one printed concentration describes an undisclosed blend rather than a named active.
